Poldercon biedt demonstratiespellen aan georganiseerd in vier rondes. Om voor een spel in te tekenen moet je een webaccount hebben. Als je dat nog niet hebt kun je dat gemakkelijk aanvragen met onderstaand webformulier. De webmaster zal je toevoegen.

We zijn nog bezig met voorbereiden. Als er tafels zijn aangemaakt op deze website voor 2023 kun je inloggen op deze website en een spel aanklikken uit de lijst. Tafels met achtervoegsel A zijn in de eerste ronde, B in de tweede, C in de derde en D in de vierde. In het boeken: per speelronde zie je wat er actueel is volgeboekt en waar je nog kunt deelnemen.
Je kunt vier rondes reserveren. Entree is inclusief lunch.
De spelleider of de Poldercon-organisatie zal later de reservering bevestigen. Van gedachten veranderen kan ook, dan annuleer je de boeking en klik je een andere tafel aan. Je overzicht vind je in ‘mijn reserveringen’. Je zult te zijner tijd een betalingsverzoek ontvangen, dat voorafgaand aan het evenement moet worden betaald. Tot twee weken van te voren (begin mei) kun je een ticket geheel annuleren en krijg je de ticketprijs terug.

The Poldercon participation wargames are organized in four rounds/time slots. To book a table/round, you need a webaccount for this website first. If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily request it with the form below. The webmaster will add you to our user list.
booking for 2023 is not possible (yet)!
We’re busy making preparations. When ready, and tables announced on this website, with your webaccount you log in, you can scroll the list with tables and click on a (bookable) table. All gametables are numbered. Games with suffix -A are played in the first round, -B in the 2nd round, -C in the 3rd round and D in the 4th round. In the boeken: per speelronde (book: games per round view) you can see an up to date, computer-generated list of fully booked and still available games.
You can book 4 rounds. Entrance fee (30,-) is including lunch unless otherwise arranged with our treasurer and confirmed by him. A request for payment will be sent to you and the entrance needs to be paid before the start of the event. Tickets can be annulled until the first week of May.
The gamesmaster or the Poldercon-admins will confirm your booking. If you change your mind, no problem, you can cancel a table yourself and book another table. Overview of your bookings is published on the ‘Mijn Reserveringen’ page. We have new bookings every day, so be quick.
